Expect a mix of equipment-based and no-equipment classes — using light hand weights, a resistance band, yoga block, barre or chairs, and ankle weights to intensify your sculpt, or simply your own body for a powerful, effective workout.

    The Sculpt Online Membership was created to make Pilates affordable and accessible — no matter where you are. For less than the cost of a single studio class, you gain unlimited access to a library of workouts designed to strengthen, tone, and align your body at your own pace.

    No travel, no schedule stress — just high-quality, instructor-led classes that fit seamlessly into your lifestyle. Whether you’re building consistency, getting back into movement, or deepening your practice, Sculpt Online gives you professional guidance, flexibility, and results — all at a price that makes it possible for everyone to prioritise their wellbeing.


  • Classes can be done with or without equipment, each video will describe what equipment can be used.

    An idea of the type of Equipment that will be used: hand weights, resistance bands, ankle weights, and yoga block can be added for extra challenge.


  • Recommend consistency: 3–4 times per week for best results.

    We understand that life can get in the way so just remember that every class counts.

  • Absolutely. Sculpt Online is designed for all levels — from complete beginners to experienced movers. Each class includes clear guidance, mindful cueing, and options to modify or progress at your own pace. You’ll learn how to move with proper form, build strength safely, and gain confidence with every session. Whether you’re starting fresh or returning to movement, Sculpt meets you where you are and supports you as you grow stronger with consistency.

  • At The Art of Sculpt, your safety always comes first. Our current Sculpt classes are not pregnancy friendly, as they include exercises that place increased demand on the core, involve deep abdominal engagement, and may include positions or movements that aren’t suitable during pregnancy. These sessions are designed to challenge strength and stability in ways that aren’t recommended for expectant mothers.

    However, we are excited to share that we are working on a dedicated Pregnancy Membership, created specifically for expecting mums. This program will focus on safe, effective, and supportive movement to help you stay strong, connected, and confident throughout pregnancy.
