Total Body Sculpt is a full-body conditioning class designed to strengthen, tone, and lengthen from head to toe.
We begin with a dynamic warm-up to awaken the body and activate key muscle groups before moving into focused mat work to engage the core and build strength through controlled, precise movements. The energy lifts as we transition to the barre for powerful, low-impact sequences that sculpt the legs, glutes, and arms — enhancing posture, balance, and endurance. We finish with a calming cool-down to stretch, release tension, and restore alignment.
Expect a balanced mix of challenge and flow that leaves you feeling strong, grounded, and completely sculpted.
